Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will direct the day to day operational management of the local office, applying as required a hands-on approach to producing solutions to strategic, technical, commercial, and operational and personnel related challenges which impact on customer service and performance.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
  • Communication with accountingprovider
  • Ensure compliance with local and international legislative requirements for the work being performed by the local operation
  • Collaboration on CZ content for company website
  • Organize orientation and training of new staff members
  • Design and implement filing systems
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Support record keeping
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Collaboration on QMS
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
  • Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Assist with Immigration requirements
  • Assist with Travel requirements and bookings
